PET POLICY

We are excited that you and your pet have decided to make your new home at our beautiful community! We allow as many as 2 pets per unit.

Required upfront costs (per pet) include:

• Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $500
• Pet Deposit: $500                   
• Total Upfront Costs: $1,000 

Monthly pet rent is $45/month/pet.
Dog Breed Restrictions: Fully or partial Pit Bull, German Shepard, Doberman, Rottweiler, Akitas, and Mastiffs. Others may be added.
